Digital Transformation
Digital Transformation Advisory
We assess digital maturity, process bottlenecks and data quality, then produce a prioritized roadmap.
Back to all services
What is digital transformation and why does the roadmap matter?
Advisory work here does not mean adapting a generic strategy template. We first quantify which process depends on which team, where data waits, and how decisions move between systems. Then we combine short-term wins with a long-term architecture in the same roadmap.
We assess across four dimensions: people (roles and skills), process (steps and approval points), technology (systems and integration) and data (quality and accessibility). These are evaluated together, not in isolation, so the resulting priority list also shows which project is a prerequisite for another.
Where we move you
Today
- Unclear which process to tackle first
- Investment decisions rest on assumptions
- Digitalization projects run in isolation
After this service
- Data-backed prioritization
- Clear cost, risk and value comparison
- Progress under one shared transformation roadmap

Digital maturity + process + data
We connect scattered digital initiatives to one value map
The point is not buying more software; it is clarifying which process, data flow and decision point will improve business outcomes.
Research
What research tells us
Digital transformations usually fail not because technology is missing, but because outcomes are not defined as business results, ownership is weak, and data/process work is skipped before implementation.
30%
Transformations that hit sustainable target value
BCG's large transformation study found that only 30% of digital transformations meet target value and create sustainable change.

48%
Digital initiatives meeting or exceeding business targets
Gartner's CIO research reports that, on average, 48% of digital initiatives meet or exceed business outcome targets.

Diagnosis model
What we examine in a digital maturity diagnosis
We do not reduce the organization to an abstract maturity score. We read it through practical dimensions that can become investment decisions.
Roadmap
90-day starting plan
We treat advisory as a short diagnosis and design cycle that turns into an executable project portfolio, not a long abstract strategy exercise.
Weeks 1-2
Current-state diagnosis
Core processes, systems, repetitive manual work, reporting sources and decision owners are reviewed through interviews and sample data.
Weeks 3-4
Bottleneck and value analysis
Every opportunity is scored by cost, time, risk, data readiness, user impact and expected value.
Weeks 5-8
Target architecture and quick wins
We decide whether ERP/CRM integration, reporting, automation, custom software or AI should be implemented first.
Weeks 9-12
Delivery portfolio and investment plan
A 12-18 month roadmap is delivered with budget ranges, responsible teams, acceptance criteria and measurement KPIs.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a report, or an actionable plan?
The output is not a slide deck for the shelf — it is a roadmap ready for execution, with budget, owners and a timeline attached.
What data do you need before starting?
Perfect data is not required. A system list, core process flows, sample reports, manual tracking files and stakeholder interviews are enough to start. Data gaps are identified as part of the diagnosis.
Will we know which project to start first?
Yes. Each opportunity is scored by expected value, implementation difficulty, risk, data readiness and budget impact. This separates quick wins from structural investments.
Do you also run the implementation phase?
If you want us to, yes — the prioritized projects can move into our Project Management & Delivery service. It is not mandatory.
